Buying Information

1. Shipping & Handling:

All orders will be sent through Initial City Link Couriers, and will require a signature upon delivery.

Postage & packaging (within UK Mainland): Only £1.99 per order!!

International orders: Please contact us for rates to other countries.

Bulk orders: If you wish to place an order for 20 or more items please contact us for further discounts.

ALL orders received prior to 12noon will be dispatched by courier the same day. Orders received AFTER 12 noon will be sent the following day.

ALL customers will receive their CUTE MEMORY STICKS within FOUR working days.

Payment can be made via major credit /debit card, or via PayPal. The online transaction is secure and provided by PayPal. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via email from PayPal.

2. Returns & Refunds:

Returns should be made up to 7 working days after delivery to you if your Cute Memory Stick arrives damaged or faulty. We DO NOT operate a courier returns service, so we would, consequently, advise you to return your Memory Sticks through Royal Mail and obtain a certificate of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

ALL Cute Memory Sticks have a full 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. This covers faults which are directly related to the correct original function and operation of your Cute Memory Stick.

3. Canceling Your Order:

If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions:
1. If your whole order remains un-dispatched we will be happy to cancel it for you.
2. If your order has been dispatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 days after you receive the order.
Once we are in receipt of the returned goods we will start the refund process.
